Fishmeal is a product of natural origin and is a resultant of the processing of sub products of the (Sardinello spp.) canning process. The production process consists of cooking, pressing, drying, sifting, milling, chilling and packaging of the fishmeal. Antioxidants are also added to the product in order to protect against oxidation and this helps in maintaining the required standards of quality.
